It works just fine and I don’t really have any complaints about the product itself. It does what it’s supposed to do. The only thing is the price feels a little high, but I guess that’s just how everything is these days—anything decent always ends up being more expensive than you expect

I ordered contacts that were listed as in stock, but then got an email saying they actually weren’t available. The shipping updates were really slow too, so I had no idea what was going on for a while. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not checking sooner, even though the site showed them as available when I bought them. I ended up waiting longer than expected and had to order from somewhere else.

Things just look clearer than they did before. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m noticing it more or because it really made that much of a difference, but either way my vision feels better now.

I have kind of mixed feelings about the site. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for most of the time, which is nice, but some pages take longer to load than I’d like. The menus can also feel a little confusing here and there, so it’s not a bad experience, just a bit clunky sometimes.

I tried the alcon lenses because I was hoping they’d be comfortable, but I’m not sure they really suited my eyes. They felt fine at first, but after a few hours my eyes started getting dry and kind of scratchy, which made me wonder if the fit was just off for me.

Maybe they’re great for other people, and maybe it’s just my eyes, but I kept noticing them way more than I normally would with contacts. I had to take them out earlier than usual. They weren’t awful, just not comfortable enough for me to wear every day

I expected better from Alcon support. It took days just to get a response, and when they finally replied, it didn’t seem like they had actually read what I asked. I had to explain the same thing more than once, which was annoying and felt like way more work than it should’ve been. It wasn’t the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had, but for a health-related company, getting clear help really shouldn’t be this much of a hassle.

They feel comfortable and seem to last a decent amount of time. I was wondering if I was just being too easy on them, but i haven’t had any real issues so far.

I ordered these from alcon.com after my eye doctor brought them up, and they worked better than I expected. My eyes usually get that dry, scratchy feeling around mid-afternoon at work from staring at my monitors, especially the left one for some reason, and these helped quickly. I also liked that they didn’t sting or leave my vision cloudy afterward, which is something I notice right away with eye drops. The bottle cap was easy to deal with too, and the whole ordering process was simple. Happy I tried them

I picked up these Alcon lenses they’ve been good for keeping my eyes feeling moisturized. My eyes usually start getting dry after a few hours, but I made it through the workday without really thinking about them much, which was a nice surprise. By later in the evening I did notice a little dryness creeping in, but nothing too bad at all, and definitely not enough to put me off. They’re not absolutely perfect, but they’re way better than a few others I’ve tried. I’m happy with them and would buy them again.
